Sponsored companies that compensate JMT may have an interest in BRS Resources Ltd. (CSE: BRS) and may buy or sell securities of the company without notice to JMT.<\/p>

Pursuant to an agreement beginning March 1, 2026 and ending March 31, 2026, JMT is being compensated by a third party, Lakefront Media LLC., ten thousand (10,000) CAD for CPC advertising, native advertising, email marketing, text campaigns, and social media awareness consulting for BRS Resources Ltd. (CSE: BRS), which is being paid via bank wire.<\/p>

Previously, and pursuant to past agreements, JMT had been compensated a total of seventy-seven thousand five hundred (77,500) CAD for email, text, and social marketing and awareness consulting for BRS Resources Ltd. (CSE: BRS), which has expired.<\/p>

JMT does not investigate the background of any third party providing compensation.<\/p>

This compensation constitutes a conflict of interest as to our ability to remain objective in our communication regarding BRS Resources Ltd. (CSE: BRS). Third parties providing compensation may own shares and may liquidate some or all of their positions at any time, which could negatively impact the share price.<\/p>
