Pursuant to an agreement beginning March 1, 2026<\/span> and ending March 31, 2026<\/span>, JMT<\/span> is being compensated by a third party, Lakefront Media LLC<\/span>, ten thousand (10,000) CAD<\/span> for CPC advertising, native advertising, email marketing, text marketing campaigns, and social media awareness consulting for Blue Lagoon Resources Inc. (CSE: BLLG, OTC: BLAGF)<\/span>, payable via bank wire.<\/p>

Previously, and pursuant to past agreements, JMT<\/span> had been compensated a total of seventy-seven thousand five hundred (77,500) CAD<\/span> for email, text, and social marketing and awareness consulting for Blue Lagoon Resources Inc. (CSE: BLLG, OTC: BLAGF)<\/span>, which has expired.<\/p>

JMT<\/span> does not investigate the background of any third party providing compensation.<\/p>

This compensation constitutes a conflict of interest as to our ability to remain objective in our communication regarding Blue Lagoon Resources Inc. (CSE: BLLG, OTC: BLAGF)<\/span>.
